DATA ISOLATION & ENCRYPTION MANDATE

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Epistemic Protocol operates by collecting metadata regarding developer behavior to cryptographically verify Proof-of-Work. This includes workspace names, timestamped keystroke latencies, event types, and associated anomaly scores generated by our ML engine. We do NOT collect, read, or store your actual source code or intellectual property.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

The telemetry metrics gathered are used exclusively to:

  • Establish unique behavioral signatures for your developer profile.
  • Detect and flag copy-paste injections or unauthorized AI-generated code dumping.
  • Provide you with visual heat-grids and analytics via the Dashboard.
  • Continuously train and improve the isolated anomaly detection algorithms.

3. DATA SHARING & COMPLIANCE

Your telemetry is strictly scoped to your authorized Projects. We do not sell, rent, or trade your biometric or behavioral signatures to third parties. In B2B Enterprise environments, your Gatekeeper Events and proof metadata may be visible to designated Squad Administrators in compliance with SOC2 observability standards.

4. SECURITY & RETENTION

All payloads are transmitted securely via TLS and verified using your API Key and NextAuth JWT tokens. Raw latency buffers are processed in-memory by our Edge proxy and discarded after feature extraction, ensuring no raw biometric stream remains stagnant in the database longer than necessary.
