By accessing and using the Epistemic Protocol ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
The core functionality of Epistemic involves the transmission, processing, and machine-learning analysis of keystroke latencies and workspace telemetry. By authenticating the VS Code Extension, you grant us explicit permission to ingest and analyze these biometric signatures exclusively for the purpose of validating developer identity and proof-of-work.
Data ingested into the platform is strictly scoped by Project. We employ rigorous cryptographic separations and edge-middleware proxying to ensure your telemetry remains isolated from unauthorized actors or cross-project bleeding.
In no event shall Epistemic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
